Every order ships directly from the artisan's workshop in Morocco, usually within 3 business days. Each seller sets their own local and international rates by destination country, and every parcel travels with tracking.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items in original condition. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale. Payment options include card, PayPal, bank transfer and cash on delivery in Morocco.
